Meeting of Executive Body of AICEIA, Indore--Branch was
held on 19.01.2013 at C.G.O. Complex, A. B. Road, Indore. Com. Mahesh Verma -
President, Com. Sandip Panvalkar
-Vice-President, Com. Vinod Sharma- Secretary General, Com. Suresh Nair - Joint
Secretary and Com. Narendra Singh Naruka- Treasurer, Executive Members- Com.
Kushal Chourey, Com. Pramod Nimje, Com. Mrs. Lalita Nair, Com. Kailash Verma,
Com. R. K Shrivastava, Com. Sudhakar Barapatre and Com. M A Qazi were present.

A.
Fixing of date for Annual General Body Meeting
A consensus was arrived to hold Annual General Body Meeting on 2nd
Saturday of March'2013. Finalities on name of Chief Guests & venue were
left over to President & Secretary General & Com Kushal Chourey, Ex.
Member.
B. Progress of preparation of Accounts statement
Both Com. N S Naruka & Com S. Barapatre were entrusted to complete
the account statement by the first fort-night of Feb'2013.
C.
Transfer & posting orders issued after AGT & Rotation of Customs
postings on completion of tenure
Transfer & posting Orders issued vide Estt. Orders No. 43/2012 dated 25.10.2012 & No.52/2012
dated 21.11.2012 were considered for discussion. All present expressed their
discontent over violation of Transfer Policy norms, in particular in respect to
posting to Customs Charge. It was decided to once again register protest
against Estt. Order No. 52/2012 dated 21.11.2012, and also to raise issue of
non-rotation of Officer who has/ have completed his/their tenure of One year to
Customs posting. It was also decided to rais this issue in up coming JCM
Meeting.
D.
Uploading of History of Postings on Blog
Idea of loading the History of Postings of all
members of the Association was welcomed by all present. It was also decided to
complete it at leats 2 months prior to AGT.
E.
Progress of AICEIA, Indore Blog
Everyone present was more than glad to see the
Association Blog being coming to reality. Each one whole heartedly
Congratulated Com. M A Qazi, Ex. Member for his outstanding single handed
contribution for Creation of Association of Blog. It was also decided to load
Seniority of Inspectors of Bhopal Circle as on 01.01.2013 as soon as the same
is issued.
D OTHER ISSUES
With the permission of the Chair, Secretary General read out the
highlights of Minutes of the meeting held on 21st
December,2012 by the DGHRD with the representatives of recognised Associations/
federations under the CBEC. Secretary General requested every one present
to give a wide publicity to enable all
members to avail benefits available under schemes elaborated in above minutes. It was decided
to request HOD to comply to the views/ suggestions of DGHRD, where ever
expressed to do so. Secretary General also
briefed about All India Secretary General’s letters written to Board regarding
in-situ & up-gradation of post of Inspector of Central Excise.
It was also decided to raise the following points in the upcoming JCM
:-
Ø Re-organisation of Ranges,
Ø Sports/ Gym facilities,
Ø Audit of Central Excise & Customs Staff
Welfare Fund,
Ø Non-maintenance of Staff quarters at MOG
Lines,
Ø Medical Claim/
CGHS/ approved Hospital facility,
Ø Supply of History
of Postings,
Ø ACES System/
Internet facility,
Ø Non-payment of Salary
to newly recruited Inspector,
Ø Non-payment of
Deputation Allowance to Officers returned from SEZ Deputation
Meeting concluded
with vote of thanks to Chair.
