Minutes of Executive Body of AICEIA, Branch-Indore held at
Manikbagh Palace, Indore on 23.12.2012
First meeting of newly elected office bearers of AICEIA, Indore--Branch was conveyed on 23.12.2012. Com. Mahesh Verma - President, Com. Sandip Panvalkar -Vice-President, Com. Vinod Sharma- Secretary General, Com. Suresh Nair - Joint Secretary and Com. Narendra Singh Naruka- Treasurer were present.
02. Meeting started with a vote of thanks to all Election Officers- Sh/ Shri Ravishankar, Satyansh Mishra, Prabir Banerjee, K K Tiwari, Devashish Nilosey, K D Venkataraman, Rajesh Sisodiya & last but not the least Shri Nitin Jain & Shri Manoj Thakur for extending their invaluable contribution in conducting the Election in a most fair manner. Body also congratulated all members for casting their votes. Special words of thanks were conveyed to Secretary General Com. Ajit Kumar , K G for motivating & guiding members of Indore Branch in his deliberation on 23.12.2012.
03. During proceedings the following members have been nominated as Executive Members for a period of next six months.

10. Com. Rakesh Shrivastava
11. Com. Yogendra Sharma
12. Com. Mansoor Ali Qazi
04. Apart from above Executive members the following have been appointed as Divisional Representatives for a period of next six months - Com. S K Arya ( Gwalior), Com. Rajiv Khanapurkar ( Ratlam), Com. D. Dayar ( Ujjain), Com. K C Meena ( Dewas) & Com. Kailash Verma ( Pithampur). All the Divisional Representatives are requested to act as an active bridge between members & the Executive Body.
05. It was also decided to create an independent Blog of AICEIA, Indore Branch. Com. N S Naruka, Treasurer & Com. M A Qazi Ex. Member have been entrusted for the job. Both have been requested to complete the assignment before the up coming Annual General Body Meeting.
06. Com. N S Naruka, Treasurer & Com. S A Barapatre Ex. Member have been requested to prepare account Statement in consultation with Com. Vinod Sharma, Secretary General. Account Statement shall be prepared before the next A G M.
07. Com. Vinod Sharma, SG, Com. Suresh Nair, J S & Com. N S Naruka have been requested to visit Chief Commissioner's office in Bhopal. They have been asked to convey the feelings of pride of having Shri S K S Somvanshiji as our Chief Commissioner. They shall also convey our feeling of gratitude for his contribution in welfare of each & every member of Bhopal Zone.
